The Roamers Motorcycle club is open to all motorcycle enthusiasts and all different makes, models, and types of motorcycles.
Originally founded in 1946 by John “Spitzie” Splittgerber, The Club was incorporated on November 7, 1947 as Spitzies Roamers Motorcycle Club and was later renamed “The Roamers Motorcycle Club, Inc. on January 27th, 1964.
The Roamers Motorcycle Club has been an AMA Chartered Club (Charter # 0540) since its inception in 1946, making it one of the oldest chartered club’s in the Northeast.
Each year, we sponsor a club run which is open to everyone and is held on the last Sunday in April to kick off the riding season. We also schedule Wednesday Night rides and weekend rides during the riding season and you’re invited to come along.
